How do I check the status of my order?

If you ordered online, please log in to view your order history. If you checked out as a guest, you can contact customer service via email to check your order status.


When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).


How do I update, change, or cancel my order?

Orders cannot generally be changed after they have been processed. If you would like to update, change, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing service@deepimx.com.

Our team works quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we will do our best to process your request.


Is my order secure?

All personal and financial information is transmitted over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using the https protocol, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to protect consumer rights. Behind the scenes, your web browser sends all personal and financial information over SSL.



Shipping

Is free shipping available?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you would like your order delivered faster, please contact customer service via email to request expedited shipping.


How long does shipping take approximately?

This depends on your region. Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.


Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking email after shipment. Click a link to check the delivery status in real time.



Returns and Exchanges

Can I return items?

Of course. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for details.


Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs. For returns without quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


What is the return process?

Contact customer service to request a return, stating the reason for the return and attaching relevant photos.

Get the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back and provide the tracking number.


When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.


I received the wrong product. What should I do?

If you received an item with missing parts or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and attach photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as soon as possible.


My item is damaged! What should I do?

Due to the fragility of lamps, damage during shipping occasionally occurs. Don't worry, our Deepimx support team is always here to help. We are committed to delivering your product in pristine condition. Please send photos of the damage along with your order number to service@deepimx.com. If you are home at the time of delivery, please inspect the box. If it shows obvious damage, do not sign for it. If you refuse a package, be sure to take photos of the damage.



Care and Cleaning

How do I clean my lamp?

Always turn off the power before cleaning. Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth (such as a microfiber cloth). Avoid using water or abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the lamp's coating and parts.


Is the lampshade washable?

Most lampshades (such as those made of fabric or paper) are not recommended for direct water cleaning. Instead, use a dry brush or vacuum on low to remove dust. For glass or metal, wipe lightly with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.


How can I prevent lamps from rusting or oxidizing?

Try to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Regularly wipe the metal surface with a dry cloth to keep it dry, free of fingerprints and water stains, and to prevent oxidation.


How often should I clean my lamp?

We recommend a light dusting weekly and a thorough cleaning monthly. For lamps used in specialized environments such as kitchens and bathrooms, more frequent inspection and cleaning is recommended.
