Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product and packaging remain intact and meet the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Products must be in new, undamaged condition, unused and uninstalled;
Original packaging is intact, including all accessories, instructions, tags, and protective materials;
Products are not personalized (e.g., non-standard or custom-made lamps).
Return Non-Returnable Conditions
Requests made after 30 days of receipt;
Products that have been installed, used, or have obvious damage;
Customized products with no quality issues, clearance items;
Products missing original packaging, accessories, installation tools, or instructions;
Damage caused by improper installation, inappropriate usage, or modification.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service to Request a Return
Please contact us at service@deepimx.com within the return period.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (including both overall and detailed information).
Review and Confirmation
Customer service will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you the return address and detailed instructions.
Refunds will not be processed for unauthorized returns.
Returning Products
Non-quality returns: Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and trackable shipping is recommended.
Returns due to quality issues: Shipping costs are our responsibility, and we will provide shipping reimbursement or a prepaid shipping bill.
Confirmation of Receipt and Refund
We will issue a refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders: You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund by contacting customer service.
Shipped orders: Please follow the return process above. Refunds will be deducted from shipping fees (if applicable).
Damaged, missing parts, or wrongly shipped
Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos (including packaging and product details).
Upon confirmation, we will provide one of the following solutions:
a.Free replacement of missing parts;
b.Exchange of the same product;
c.Refund (for non-repairable or non-replaceable items).
Tips
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If any damage is found, take a photo and refuse delivery in the presence of the courier.
It is recommended to retain the original packaging for 30 days for returns, exchanges, or to protect the product during transportation.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during secondary transportation.
