Expedited Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (some remote areas may experience slight delays).

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Shipping times are for reference only and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as customs clearance and weather.



Package Tracking

All orders are provided with a trackable tracking number upon shipment.

You can check the status of your package at any time through the "My Orders" page or the tracking link in the email.



Customs and Import Taxes

Prices listed on this website do not include customs, import taxes, and VAT in the destination country.

These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please confirm the relevant policies with your local customs office before placing an order.

Some countries or regions may charge additional customs clearance fees for delivery.



Specialty Item Shipping Instructions

Specialty items such as large chandeliers, floor lamps, and glass lamps will be shipped using specialized logistics, which may increase shipping time.

For oversized or fragile items, we will use reinforced and shockproof packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Upon receipt, please ensure that the packaging is intact. If any damage is found, please take a photo and contact customer service immediately.



Shipping Delay Notice

If shipping or transportation is delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, customs clearance delays, or traffic disruptions), we will promptly notify you by email.

If you do not receive a shipping status update within 7 days of shipment, please contact our customer service team at service@deepimx.com and we will assist with verification and follow-up.
